Service Description

Kingpin Empire provides an AI-driven learning and innovation platform. Our services include but are not limited to AI incubation, software development tools, educational programs, and professional refinement tools (Humanizer, Paraphraser). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass any security features of the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload, process, or build using our tools.

Intellectual Property

The Kingpin Empire brand, logo, platform infrastructure, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Kingpin Empire. Users retain ownership of the original content they upload and the specific products they build independently, provided they do not infringe on our proprietary technology or intellectual property.

Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription or credit-based payment. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by law or within a specific refund policy for a particular product.

Limitation of Liability

"To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingpin Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses."

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
